Some girls are really expressionless during the shoot and Nar Nar is one of them. But it was her first time in front of the camera, so its understandable. We shot her in her hometown in Laos, before her transformation, before facial surgery and before breast implants. Her constant hormone treatments helps her achieve the feminine looks she has today.
